|Description||The frozen block meat needs to be shredding and slicing into flake before grinding.||Grind the meat to facilitate the subsequent stirring.||This is the most crucial part of Meatballs making. The meat will become a thick sticky paste so that the finished meatballs have an al dente and bouncy texture.||
