The Piece Forming and Filling Machine (Large Type) is a professional fish paste bar and irregular shape of meat/ Chinese rou geng processing food machinery.
This is a bigger model compare to DH809-1, suitable for forming fish paste, TVP (textured vegetable protein) into any irregular shapes. e.g. fish paste bar, meat dumpling/ Chinese rou geng, soybean product, vegan meat etc.
This food forming machine can produce irregular-shaped products with high efficiency. e.g. pork dumpling (rou geng), satay...etc.
It can also process ingredient which has fiber inside. e.g. meat/ lappa strips, corns, squid, radish...etc.
Nowadays, As for the health trend- Vegetarianism, more and more people have vegetarian food which is made of TVP (textured vegetable protein) to replace of eating meat.
