Automatic forming and aligning machine is suitable for making all kinds of meat, fish, shrimp, squid or TVP pastes into patties, pieces or bars. And then automatically align products on the tray. It can also be used on producing dumplings, siomai and stuffing. Automatic forming plus aligning functions are very suitable for connecting following manufacturing processes including drying, freezing, steaming…, etc.
The mold can be customized for all kinds of products such as chicken nuggets, fish fillets, tempura, squid circles, pet foods..., etc. The mold is easy to replace. Through special designed scraper, sprinkler and blower systems, the output products can be smoothly aligned on the tray with complete and beautiful shapes. The size of output products can be adjusted by spiral feeder. The height of the machine and the production speed are also adjustable.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which is easy to dismantle and clean. The machine complies with sanitary and safety standards. The system is controlled by inverters and easy to operate.
