Continuous/Second Frying Machine

Whole machine is made of stainless steels includes hold down belt and chain. The oil filtration system with auto-scraper and filter filtrates and scrapes oil residues or dregs off for extending the life of edible oil. Auto-control frying temperature and speed to maintain good quality. Internal gas combustion, it uses submerged pipe to keep oil temperature and economize fuel. It uses recycle pump made in Germany, durable and with low breakdown rate. External oil storage facility for cleaning frying tank. There is another new lift system for choice.

II. This machine is for connecting to frying machine. The second fry make the fried food be more crisp.
III. Fry speed and temperature can be adjusted.
IV. The proper fuel-air ratio avert air deficient or over-burning.
V. Submerged pipe keep oil temperature and economize fuel.
VI. It is with flame sensor. If happen unusual accident, it will shut off for safety.
VII. The machine size can be customized.
